I highly recommend Imperial Roofing for flat roof repair and replacement. Eddie quickly responded to my inquiry, and took the time to educate me about my options. He worked with me to file the claim with my insurance agency, met with the adjusters, and worked hard to try to get my claim covered. Definitely would recommend to others.

Eddie was very responsive and was able to pivot when plans changed. Work was completed very quickly and there was no mess left behind. The work has not been tested yet as it has not rained but the pictures he showed me of what work was done makes me comfortable that the project was successful. I will report back when we have received some rain :) Thanks Eddie for the quick response.

I talked with Eddie Diaz and told him that I needed a roof replacement, but the insurance company had said the damage wasn't going to be over my deductible. He called the company and had the claim reopened.
He also told me the cost for the upgrades. He started the next day and finished it in three days. They had to remove the two by sixes because they were deteriorating because of the bad shingles. They replaced with plywood and the extra venting. I am very satisfied!!!

Everything he said he was going to do, he did. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and his pricing was very fair.

They were awesome! Always polite, knowledgeable, explained everything, never went over quote on any of the multiple jobs they did reasonable priced. Cleaned up everything before they left. The quality of work was excellent. They are fast and reliable and on time or even early. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any job that you want done.

He did everything he said he was going to do, he cleaned up after the job like there was nobody there at all. He was courteous knowledgeable and I Hope he has time to do some siding work for me.

Overall they provided great customer service, they were very friendly, and the job was done in a timely manner.
